Include your operator name, the short Player ID shown under Profile → About, device model, app version, the affected Stage or Arena screen and a short description. A screenshot is helpful. Never send a password, verification code or full payment-card number.

Operatör adınızı, Profil → Hakkında bölümündeki kısa Oyuncu Kimliğini, cihaz modelini, uygulama sürümünü, etkilenen Stage/Arena ekranını ve kısa açıklamayı ekleyin. Ekran görüntüsü yararlıdır. Parola, doğrulama kodu veya tam ödeme kartı numarası göndermeyin.

For missing content, first restart the game with an internet connection and use Restore Purchases when available. Include the store order number in your support email; do not send card details. Refund eligibility and cancellation are handled through the platform store.

Eksik içerikte önce internet bağlantısıyla oyunu yeniden başlatın ve sunulduğunda Satın Almaları Geri Yükle seçeneğini kullanın. Destek e-postasına mağaza sipariş numarasını ekleyin; kart bilgisi göndermeyin. İade uygunluğu ve iptal işlemleri platform mağazası üzerinden yürütülür.

For account recovery, progress conflicts, name issues or privacy requests, contact us from the email associated with the account when possible. To permanently remove an account, use the in-game deletion control or follow the account deletion instructions.
