By installing or using Drone Wars Delta, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. Players aged 13–17 may use the game only after a parent or guardian has reviewed and approved these documents, gameplay and any purchases. Users under 13 may not create or use an account.

Drone Wars Delta’yı yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikasını kabul edersiniz. Oyun 13 yaş ve üzeri oyuncular içindir. 13–17 yaş arası oyuncular oyunu yalnızca ebeveyn veya velilerinin bu belgeleri, oynanışı ve satın almaları inceleyip onaylamasından sonra kullanabilir. 13 yaş altındaki kullanıcılar hesap oluşturamaz veya kullanamaz.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable and revocable license to use the game for non-commercial entertainment. You are responsible for your account and device. Do not sell accounts, exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate matchmaking, harass others or interfere with the service.

Oyunu ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla kullanmanız için kişisel, sınırlı, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veririz. Hesabınızdan ve cihazınızdan siz sorumlusunuz. Hesap satmayın; açıkları kullanmayın, oyunu otomatikleştirmeyin, eşleşmeyi manipüle etmeyin, başkalarını taciz etmeyin veya hizmete müdahale etmeyin.

Drone Wars Delta and all characters, organizations, units, vehicles, drones, weapons, locations, events and narratives depicted in the game are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, organizations, countries, armed forces, manufacturers, products or events is coincidental. The game does not claim, imply or represent sponsorship, approval, endorsement or affiliation by any real person, company, government, military organization or equipment manufacturer.

Drone Wars Delta ve oyunda yer alan tüm karakterler, kurumlar, birlikler, araçlar, dronelar, silahlar, konumlar, olaylar ve anlatılar tamamen hayal ürünüdür. Gerçek kişi, kurum, ülke, silahlı kuvvet, üretici, ürün veya olaylarla benzerlik tesadüfidir. Oyun; herhangi bir gerçek kişi, şirket, devlet, askerî kuruluş veya ekipman üreticisinin sponsorluğunu, onayını, desteğini ya da bağlantısını iddia veya ima etmez.

Gems, crates, drones, parts, cards, ranks and other virtual items are licensed digital content, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged outside the game. Some crates contain randomized rewards. Applicable probabilities are displayed before acquisition. Balance, contents and availability may change for fairness, security or game development, without removing paid entitlements unlawfully.

Elmaslar, sandıklar, dronelar, parçalar, kartlar, rütbeler ve diğer sanal öğeler lisanslanan dijital içeriklerdir; nakit değerleri yoktur ve oyun dışında takas edilemezler. Bazı sandıklar rastgele ödül içerir. Geçerli olasılıklar edinimden önce gösterilir. Denge, içerik ve erişilebilirlik; adalet, güvenlik veya oyun geliştirme amacıyla, ücretli haklar hukuka aykırı biçimde kaldırılmadan değişebilir.

Store prices, taxes, refunds and payment processing are governed by the platform store. Purchases by a player aged 13–17 require parent or guardian permission. A subscription renews automatically for the period and price shown at purchase until cancelled in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app or game account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription. Benefits require an active, verified entitlement and unclaimed daily benefits do not accumulate unless the offer states otherwise.

Mağaza fiyatları, vergiler, iadeler ve ödeme işlemleri platform mağazasının kurallarına tabidir. 13–17 yaş arası bir oyuncunun satın almaları ebeveyn veya veli izni gerektirir. Abonelik, Google Play veya App Store abonelik ayarlarından iptal edilene kadar satın alma sırasında gösterilen dönem ve fiyatla otomatik yenilenir. Uygulamayı veya oyun hesabını silmek aktif mağaza aboneliğini otomatik iptal etmez. Avantajlar aktif ve doğrulanmış hak gerektirir; teklifte aksi belirtilmedikçe alınmayan günlük haklar birikmez.

Online features may be interrupted for maintenance, security incidents or events outside our control. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, cheating, fraud or threats to the service. We may modify or discontinue features, and will provide notice where law requires it.

Çevrim içi özellikler bakım, güvenlik olayları veya kontrolümüz dışındaki durumlar nedeniyle kesintiye uğrayabilir. Ciddi veya tekrarlanan ihlaller, hile, dolandırıcılık ya da hizmete yönelik tehditlerde erişimi sınırlayabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Özellikleri değiştirebilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz; hukukun gerektirdiği durumlarda bildirim yaparız.

The game, code, art, audio, names and trademarks are owned by or licensed to the publisher. The game is provided with the warranties required by applicable law; to the maximum extent permitted, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country.

Oyun, kod, görseller, sesler, adlar ve markalar yayıncıya aittir veya lisanslıdır. Oyun, uygulanabilir hukukun zorunlu kıldığı garantilerle sunulur; izin verilen en geniş ölçüde dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlar hariç tutulur. Bu koşullar Türkiye hukukuna tabidir ve ülkenizdeki zorunlu tüketici haklarını sınırlamaz.
